We are passionate about delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service while maintaining the highest standards in the industry. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PPF Installer who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding shop. Position Overview As a PPF Installer, you will be responsible for the preparation, installation, inspection, and finishing of paint protection film on a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, works efficiently, maintains a clean workspace, and is committed to producing high-quality results. This role is performance-driven and offers excellent earning potential for installers who can consistently produce quality work. ResponsibilitiesInstallation Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on various vehicle makes and models. Prepare vehicle surfaces prior to installation. Inspect vehicles for paint defects, contamination, or concerns before beginning installation. Ensure all installations meet Ceramic Pro quality standards. Perform final inspections and corrections before vehicle delivery. Quality Control Maintain exceptional attention to detail. Identify and correct installation issues before customer delivery. Ensure vehicles are completed on schedule without sacrificing quality. Follow company installation procedures and best practices. Shop Operations Maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep installation tools, supplies, and equipment organized. Assist with shop cleanliness and workflow efficiency. Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned. Help maintain a professional appearance throughout the facility. Team Collaboration Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Communicate project status and potential issues promptly. Contribute ideas that improve workflow, efficiency, and customer experience. QualificationsPreferred Experience Previous Paint Protection Film installation experience. Experience with automotive detailing, ceramic coatings, or window tinting is a plus. Strong understanding of vehicle care and paint surfaces. Familiarity with plotter software and bulk installation techniques is preferred. Skills Exceptional attention to detail. Strong work ethic and professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Basic computer skills for documentation and record keeping. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Compensation Independent Contractor (1099) Opportunity Compensation is paid per completed square foot installed.
Typical installer pay:
$5.00 - $7.50 per square foot Earnings vary based on experience, efficiency, and quality. Equivalent earnings typically range from $30-$45+ per hour .
Expected workload:
