We'll train you the right way—through hands-on and classroom instruction—so you can grow quickly from Helper to full Installer. If you're a problem solver who takes pride in great work, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will: Start each day with a pre-check of your van and materials Install custom organization systems in customer homes Follow Closet America's proven processes and quality standards Work safely and neatly, protecting customers' homes Communicate with the team and customers throughout the day Clean up and review the finished product with the homeowner Complete final paperwork and collect payment as needed Key Qualifications Valid driver's license required Woodworking or finish carpentry experience preferred Ability to interpret design drawings and recognize parts and assemblies Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions Strong attention to detail—able to measure and install to the millimeter Organized, systematic, and professional in appearance and conduct Willing to work at least 2 weekends per month Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement Who Thrives in This Role You love working with your hands and building things from scratch You're proactive, dependable, and take pride in a job well done You like solving problems and learning new skills on the job You care about customers and want to make their day Schedule & Location Full-time Must be available at least two weekends per month The office is located in Garnet Valley servicing the greater Philadelphia area About Closet America Closet America designs, manufactures, and installs custom home organization systems for closets, garages, pantries, and more.
