From luxury apartment communities to hospitality environments, our team manages the full FF&E procurement and installation process, bringing projects to life through strong communication, operational excellence, and attention to detail. We are growing quickly and looking for an experienced, solutions-oriented Installation Lead based in Omaha, Nebraska to help lead installations across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams in the field, and can confidently manage logistics, installers, warehouses, and onsite problem-solving while representing Hutch Contract professionally with clients and partners. Position Overview The Installation Lead is responsible for overseeing onsite furniture installations and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from delivery through punch list completion. This role serves as Hutch Contract's onsite representative during installations and works closely with Project Managers, our Logistics and Installation Manager, warehouses, installers, clients, and construction teams. This position requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and the ability to proactively solve problems in the field. Responsibilities Lead onsite furniture installation projects from start to finish Coordinate with installers, warehouses, movers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution Support accessory placement, artwork hanging, and final setup assistance Confirm site readiness, delivery schedules, staging areas, freight elevator access, and install sequencing Serve as the primary onsite Hutch Contract representative during installs Communicate professionally with clients, construction teams, designers, and property teams Manage daily install progress and proactively troubleshoot issues Review product counts, damages, shortages, and punch list items onsite Ensure install teams are following project expectations, timelines, and quality standards Provide daily updates, progress photos, and status reports to the Hutch team Assist with specialty installations and field coordination as needed Coordinate and oversee local labor and installation crews Travel to project sites nationwide as required Support warehouse coordination and final project closeout processes Qualifications Previous experience leading furniture installations, construction coordination, logistics, or field operations required Experience in hospitality, multifamily, interior design, furniture procurement, or construction industries preferred Support installation teams as needed, including: accessory placement, artwork hanging, and final setup assistance Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly onsite Comfortable reading floor plans, furniture plans, and installation documents Ability to lift, move, and inspect furniture products as needed Willingness to travel frequently Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits $40-$50/hour based on experience Travel opportunities across the U.S. paid for Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment Exposure to high-profile hospitality and multifamily projects Location This position is based in Omaha, with frequent travel to project sites nationwide.
