Shop Equipment Maintenance Technician We restore and refinish vehicles to a high standard, and that depends on our shop equipment running right, every day. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented technician to take ownership of equipment care and upkeep across the shop — spray booth, compressor, welders, blast cabinets, and more — following an established maintenance schedule. What You'll Do Run daily and weekly upkeep on shop equipment — spray booth, mixing room, compressor, lifts, welders, blast cabinets, and more Handle monthly and quarterly servicing tasks (filters, bearings, gaskets, gas bottles, fluid changes) Coordinate scheduled service visits with outside vendors for annual and multi-year equipment service Keep accurate maintenance logs and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem Help keep the shop clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined, with an eye for detail and a habit of following through on checklists Comfortable around paint booths, compressors, welding equipment, and abrasive blasting systems (or eager to learn) Prior experience in auto body, restoration, or industrial/facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required Reliable, organized, and able to work independently once trained
