We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and hands-on QC and Repair Technician to join our team at our Summerville, SC facility. Reporting directly to the Sr. Product Manager, you will serve as the central hub of product knowledge, bridging the gap between quality control analytics and skilled hands-on furniture repair.

First-Look Inspections:
Review the first shipment of all new merchandise arriving at the warehouse.
Quality Investigations:
Troubleshoot construction, color, and packaging issues as they arise.
Precision Repairs:
Perform minor repairs and touch-ups on wooden furniture.
Inventory Assessment:
Evaluate damaged warehouse items for repair, donation, or disposal.
Cross-Functional Hub:
Act as the product expert for internal teams, including Parts, Customer Service, Claims, Logistics, Inventory control, and Ecommerce. What We Look For (Requirements & Skills)
Hands-on Expertise:
Proven experience in furniture repair, cabinet making, or finish carpentry is required .
Material Knowledge:
Strong understanding of furniture construction, wood finishes, and woodworking repair techniques.
Equipment Skills:
Ability to safely operate a forklift.
Communication & Tech:
Excellent written and verbal English skills paired with solid computer competency. (Spanish or French fluency is a plus!)
Problem-Solving Mindset:
High level of independent judgment, discipline, and attention to detail. Self•
Starter:
Ability to manage your own time and priorities once fully trained.
Position Qualifications Experience:
2+ years in home furnishings, woodworking, furniture retail/wholesale, or import/distribution (Required).
Education:
Associate degree preferred.
Location:
Must be able to reliably commute to Summerville, SC 29483 (In-person role).
