Sioux Falls, SD Essential Functions:
Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers and vendors and customers Independently manages complex projects end to end Extensive knowledge of lines of furniture Operates as a product and supplier expert Handles escalations and communicates with all necessary parties Demonstrates thorough understanding of installation blueprints Able to solve issues with PM, FAC or CTQ Advanced knowledge of furniture vendors and products Trains lower level installers Can run large teams and subs at the same time. Will attend pre-install meetings on jobs that exceed ~ $50,000 to understand scope of job with PM. Will understand every detail on a blueprint that includes file bars, electrical, and dimensions. Will need to understand layout of large areas and make sure panels are in right location that match dimensions laid out by designer. Strategically solves issues that were not expected. This could include cutting work surfaces when needed. Can close out jobs on CORE with customer(s). Load furniture orders onto truck and deliver products to customer. Unload, un-carton, and distribute product accordingly. Complete furniture assembly/installation as per installation specifications - Training provided. Inspect furniture for proper operability according to manufacturer's guidelines. Ability to work by themselves and with a team of people. Can put together an array of chairs from different vendors. Strengthen customer relationships by providing excellent customer service. Will start to make small deliveries by themselves. Items to include are a chair and chair mats. Document Install/delivery in CORE Look and act professionally at customers' location. Uniform provided.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ Years of Install Experience Enjoys assembly work and has the ability to use basic hand/power tools. This includes using a tape measure properly. Must have a valid driver's license. Must pass a DOT physical and keep it current. Must be able to lift 70 -100 pounds on a regular basis. Equal Employment Opportunity 8.2026
