Full-time Essential Functions Inspect equipment for damage and missing major components upon arrival to dealership Repairs or replace of defective items in accordance with dealership and factory standards Ensure warranty repairs are properly diagnoses, documented, and charged Assembly and setup of implements & haytools Install optional equipment specified by the customer during predelivery inspection & setup Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure equipment is ready for sale or delivery to customers Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager & Shop Foreman Compensation / Benefits Hourly salary (pay based on relevant experience & training) Tech Incentive Plan, based upon production and efficiency Medical care coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage Paid vacation Simple retirement plan (similar to 401K)• Requirements One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented Maintain a professional appearance Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills Own a variety of tools to perform repairs High school diploma or GED Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Reliable source of transportation About West Hills Tractor, Inc.
