Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paint Prepper to join our clients office furniture warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing office furniture for painting by performing surface preparation, masking, sanding, and applying primer to ensure a flawless finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, experience with office furniture repair, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. Key Responsibilities:

Perform surface preparation including sanding, grinding, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion Mask furniture accurately using surface preparation masking techniques to protect non-painted areas Apply primers and sealers using conventional spray guns or airless paint spraying equipment Use hand tools and power tools such as grinders, sanders, and buffing machines to achieve smooth surfaces Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols such as respiratory protection are followed Support office furniture restoration projects by preparing surfaces for painting and finishing tasks Operate buffing machines to achieve high-gloss finishes on painted surfaces Collaborate with the painting team to ensure quality standards are met throughout the process

Requirements:
