We design, build, and install signage for businesses across the DFW area — from concept through fabrication to final install. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working General Shop Helper to join our team and support daily operations across our shop. Job Summary We're hiring an entry-level Shop Helper to assist with general assistance, stock room and materials handling, and shop cleanliness. No prior sign or manufacturing experience is required — we'll train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and wants to grow into a skilled trade within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assist shop with material handling and basic tasks as needed Load and unload materials and finished products Move, stage, and organize materials, parts, and supplies Sweep, mop, and remove trash/debris throughout the shop Keep shop floor, workstations, and common areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Support shop departments during busy periods as directed by supervisors Perform other general labor duties as assigned Qualifications No previous experience required — willingness to learn is most important Valid driver's license is a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in a shop/warehouse environment Reliable on-time attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Must be able to pass a background check (and drug screening, if applicable) Schedule Monday
