Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Representative specializing in commercial office furniture, moving services, upholstery, and wood refinishing. This role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and providing solutions for office relocations, furniture installation, repair, and refurbishment. The ideal candidate is confident in prospecting, understands commercial environments, and can guide clients from initial contact through project completion.
Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, site visits, networking, and referrals Sell commercial office furniture solutions, including new furniture, reconfigurations, and space planning Promote and sell office moving services, including furniture relocation and reinstallation Identify opportunities for upholstery repair, wood refinishing, and furniture restoration Meet with clients on-site to assess needs, measure spaces, and review layouts and floor plans Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and solutions tailored to client needs Coordinate with installation, moving, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to drive repeat business Track leads, sales activity, and pipeline progress
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound or B2B sales, preferably in commercial furniture or related industries Familiarity with reading layouts, floor plans, and measuring spaces Knowledge of office furniture systems, moving logistics, or furniture repair services is a strong plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
