Job Description
A&C Custom Cabinets is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to fabricate drawer parts in our production shop. This position is responsible for cutting, shaping, and routing drawer components so they are ready for assembly. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can maintain production goals while working safely. Responsibilities Operate table saws, shapers, routers, and other woodworking equipment Cut drawer fronts and bottoms to specifications Route and shape drawer components according to shop standards Verify dimensions and quality of parts before releasing to assembly Organize completed drawer parts for the drawer assembly department Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with other shop production tasks as needed Qualifications Woodworking or cabinet shop experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Ability to accurately read a tape measure Ability to follow cut lists and shop drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in producing quality work Self-motivated and efficient worker Team player who works well with others in a production environment Experience with woodworking machinery is a plus About Us A&C Custom Cabinets is a family-owned cabinet manufacturer serving North Texas since 1970.
