Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Tint and Graphic Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for installing vehicle window tint, vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, and related materials on emergency vehicles, fleet vehicles, and customer units. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and maintains high quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install vehicle window tint, vinyl graphics, decals, striping, and wraps on various vehicle types Prepare vehicle surfaces for installation by cleaning, measuring, and masking as needed Operate installation tools and equipment safely and effectively Read and interpret work orders, design layouts, and installation specifications Ensure finished products meet company quality standards Remove and replace graphics or tint when necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory and material handling as needed Follow all company safety policies and procedures Communicate effectively with production staff, supervisors, and team members Qualifications Previous experience with vehicle tinting, vinyl graphics, signage, or wrap installation preferred Ability to use hand tools, heat guns, squeegees, knives, and measuring devices safely Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred Preferred Skills Experience with fleet or emergency vehicle graphics Knowledge of vinyl cutting or plotter equipment Experience reading templates and graphic layouts Familiarity with different tint and vinyl materials Work Environment Shop environment Regular bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing Exposure to shop equipment, tools, and varying temperatures Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with Roth option Paid time off and holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities All applicants are required to demonstrate the ability to pass all pre-employment testing to include: background checks, motor vehicle check and pre-employment drug test and be able to present a valid driver's license.
