Austin, TX | $20-$30+ Per Hour Pack N' Go Movers LLC is currently hiring hardworking, motivated, and professional individuals to join our growing team! We are looking for team members with positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company. We are hiring Installer Leads and Installation Specialists for furniture installation, FF&E work, commercial setup projects, and specialty installations.

Ideal candidates are:

Handy Mechanically inclined Organized Detail-oriented Experienced with tools and installations Responsibilities Furniture assembly/install Commercial setup projects FF&E installation Reading layouts/plans Leading installation crews Jobsite organization Requirements Installation or construction experience preferred Comfortable using power tools Reliable transportation Professional attitude Strong communication skills Ability to work overnight or daytime projects as needed Must be able to identify different stud types Have a vast knowledge on wall installation and other handyman tasks

IMPORTANT EMPLOYMENT STRUCTURE

Positions are primarily: Per diem / as-needed based Part-time Seasonal While there are opportunities for substantial hours and growth, full-time hours are not guaranteed and scheduling is dependent on: Move volume Seasonal demand Crew availability Operational needs Reliable and high-performing employees are generally offered more opportunities as they continue developing with the company.
