Job Description

Mechanic/ Shop hand. What We Do & The Vibe This isn't your average, boring shop gig. You will be working directly as the right-hand man to an industry veteran with 15+ years of master-level experience in custom vehicle builds and property infrastructure. We build custom vehicles ranging from high-performance sports cars to lifted show trucks, while also managing local properties and handling their maintenance, repairs, and structural upgrades. If you love seeing a total transformation, making things beautiful, and taking pride in craftsmanship, this is the ultimate hands-on environment. Every single day is different, full of new adventures, and packed with diverse projects to tear into.
What You'll Be Doing Daily & Skills You'll Learn:
Custom Vehicle Builds:
Assisting in the high-end creation and modification of unique, custom trucks and sports cars.
Tear-Downs & Diagnostics:
Getting your hands dirty alongside the owner solving mechanical malfunctions, deep electrical wiring, specialized air conditioning systems, and full vehicle tear-downs.
Property & Facility Operations:
Assisting in managing local properties, handling structural maintenance, and tackling diverse repair projects.
Shop Optimization & Detailing:
Keeping the private workshop clean, organized, and operating efficiently. You'll be trained to properly organize professional tools and detail high-end vehicles .. valuable skills you'll keep for life.
Requirements:
Some Wrenching Experience Required:
We aren't looking for senior-level master techs, but you must have a basic mechanical background. You need to be someone who can confidently remove and replace parts with minimal supervision.
Punctuality & Transportation:
You must have your own reliable transportation and show up exactly when you say you will.
Good Attitude & Work Ethic:
Come ready to work, listen, learn, and hustle. A sharp mind, a great attitude, and a desire to build something cool matter most.
Pay:
$14.50 - $20.00 per hour
