You'll use your woodworking skills to create custom pieces, install components, and support a variety of shop projects. This is a paid, hands-on position with opportunities to grow with the company. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood components. Build and repair furniture, cabinetry, and other custom wood projects. Read blueprints and drawings to complete projects accurately. Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment (if experienced). Install cabinetry, fixtures, and furniture. Restore or modify existing furniture and wood products. Help estimate materials and assist with project planning. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures. Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications Experience in woodworking or carpentry with furniture construction. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled with hand and power tools. Experience building, repairing, or installing furniture, cabinetry, or fixtures. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical work. Experience with CNC equipment, upholstery, sewing, foam, or wood finishing is a plus. CAD experiance wanted.
