Summary We're looking for a dependable Shop Hand to help with cleanup, material prep, and general shop support. Must be ready to work hard and take pride in the job. Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the shop by organizing tools and materials. Support welders with repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Help with assembly tasks for custom fabrication projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
