Lead Stager

We are a real estate staging company looking for a Lead Stager who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and has a strong sense of design. In this role, you will take the lead in staging homes, working closely with our team to ensure every property looks its absolute best.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule staging projects and coordinate necessary team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, promoting the business to encourage growth. Prepare and send invoices and manage client correspondence. Design and execute staging strategies to enhance the appeal and marketability of vacant homes. Coordinate and arrange furniture, décor, and accessories for a cohesive and welcoming look. Lead teams during staging and de-staging, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines. Safely operate the company's sprinter van for transporting staging items. Maintain and organize inventory in the storage unit, ensuring safe and efficient transport of items. Decorate office warehouse for special events

Qualifications:

Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field Strong design sense with an understanding of space, color, and style Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to lift and move furniture - This is a
