You'll set stainless steel wall flashing, install restaurant-grade equipment, mount wall shelving, set sinks and tables, and deliver polished final results our clients can trust. A Day in the Field You arrive on site on time, review drawings and elevations with your install lead, and confirm tools and materials are ready. You stage the workspace, practice safe work habits, and begin installing hoods, cabinetry, gas and electrical appliances, corner guards, and shelving. Throughout the day, you communicate with project managers, anticipate the next task, and keep momentum high. Before you leave, you tidy the site, check your punch list, and prep for tomorrow's scope. What You'll Do Execute varying scopes of work that can change daily or every few days. Manage and maintain installation tools and equipment so they're job-ready. Anticipate prep work and proactively set up for the next task or day. Practice and promote safe work habits at all times. Collaborate closely with install leads and project managers to deliver a complete, high-quality final product. Install a range of kitchen components: hoods, cabinetry, gas and electrical appliances, corner guards, shelving, stainless wall flashing, sinks, and tables. Multitask effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. What You Bring On-time arrival every day is our top expectation—punctuality drives team productivity. Experience working on construction job sites. Confident use of power and hand tools; strong tape-measure skills. Ability to lift 75 lbs. Ability to read and understand drawings and elevations. Clear, professional communication and a willingness to learn. HVAC knowledge is a plus; TIG welding capabilities are a plus.
