Job Description
Full-Time Sales and Design Associate We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales & Design Associate to help clients bring their dream homes to life. If you enjoy interior design, home improvement, HGTV, Pinterest inspiration, or helping people create beautiful spaces, this could be the perfect fit. No experience required. Learn how to design (and sell) with us. Training is provided by our team in a low-pressure sales atmosphere with pooled team bonuses. Working together as a team is our number one goal, while providing the highest level of customer service possible to our clientele. Our company provides installations of large-scale commercial countertop applications and kitchen and bathroom design, fabrication and installation of countertops, slab showers and tub walls, and tile backsplashes. Our commitment to our clientele shows in the quality and artisanship of each project. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base hourly: $22 - $26/hour, depending on experience. Bonus structure of 5-15% of annual pay, based on individual and team performance. Most FT team members earn $50,000-$70,000+ annually including bonuses.
