Requirements At least one year of plant or manufacturing experience Sandblasting or surface-preparation experience required Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective organization and time-management skills Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines Ability to work well under pressure Strong attention to quality and safety Job Duties Set up and operate an assigned coating line Produce materials according to quality requirements Coordinate job changeovers Review manufacturing orders and prepare for upcoming runs Monitor the master production schedule Complete production runs according to specifications Record production information and test results Complete required production and quality reports Enter data using job travelers and designated software Operate line controls, consoles, stations, and tools Maintain clean and organized machine areas Follow all workplace safety procedures Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
