Job Description:

Operate deburring machines and tools to finish machined parts to precise tolerances. Use cycle blades, drills, reamers, grinders, and bumping wheels as required. Deburr materials such as aluminum, 303 stainless steel, copper, brass, and plastics. Pay special attention to soft metals like copper which require advanced handling. Read and follow specifications, work orders, and blueprints. Ensure finished parts meet strict quality and dimensional standards. Maintain clean workstations and follow safety guidelines. Collaborate with machine shop team and support operators as needed.

Position Requirements:

Experience working with brass/aluminum is strongly preferred. Proficiency with deburring tools and machinery. Familiarity with manufacturing tolerances (e.g., 1000 tolerance). Ability to work with various metals, especially soft metals like copper. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Work occasional overtime based on production demands.
