Position Overview Deburr machined parts using hand tools to meet customer requirements. Training provided; no prior experience required. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Read and follow written and verbal instructions. Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and 6S practices. Notify leadership of defective or malfunctioning parts. Maintain customer and quality standards. Perform repetitive tasks and meet production schedules. Keep the workspace clean and safe. Complete assignments on time and support other departments as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic knowledge of safety, hand tools, inspection processes, and materials (metals, plastics). Basic math and computer skills. Ability to operate tools and equipment such as files, scrapers, grinders, sanders, tumblers, and drill presses. Flexibility to work overtime, day or swing shifts, and other areas as required. Physical Requirements Lift up to 35 lbs and stand/sit for up to 8 hours. Work in a dusty environment with masks.

Shifts First Shift :

5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Mon-Fri)

Second Shift :
