Grinder Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate grinding and polishing machines to remove excess material and achieve specified dimensions.

Load and unload rollers or wheels onto grinding equipment using proper lifting techniques. Perform basic grinding operations under supervision following established procedures.

Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions. Monitor machine operation and identify potential defects or equipment issues.

Maintain documentation of production output and quality checks. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Assist senior technicians with machine setup and tooling changes when needed.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation. Experience with grinders, lathes, or polishing equipment is a plus but not required.

Desired SkillsMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Attention to detail and focus on quality.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Good communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
