$25•$35 per hour Job Details•The Centerless Grinder is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring centerless grinding equipment to produce high-quality precision components. This role requires strong attention to detail, blueprint reading skills, and experience using precision measuring equipment to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards. 2nd shift Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Set up and operate centerless grinding machines in both manual and automatic production environments. Select and install grinding wheels, support blades, and machine tooling as required. Perform wheel dressing, machine adjustments, and process optimization to maintain quality and efficiency. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications. Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment. Monitor production quality and make necessary machine adjustments. Follow SPC procedures and maintain accurate production records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Qualifications Previous experience operating and setting up centerless grinding equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, and gauges. Knowledge of SPC and quality control processes. Strong math skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.A bit about us:
