Requirements Previous machine-operating experience Laminating or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to set up and adjust production machinery Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills Ability to complete production records accurately Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to wear required PPE Commitment to workplace safety Job Duties Set up, operate, and monitor laminating machines Load and align materials accurately Adjust machine settings for quality and performance Inspect laminated products for defects Report quality and equipment concerns Clean and lubricate machinery Complete minor equipment repairs Report major mechanical problems Maintain production and machine-performance records Complete production logs and paperwork Work with team members to meet production goals Follow all safety procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
