In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing parts to meet strict specifications, utilizing a variety of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and advanced machinery. Your expertise will help us deliver flawless products that meet industry standards and customer expectations. Duties Deburr, finish, and smooth machined parts using hand tools, grinders, and polishing equipment to remove sharp edges and surface imperfections Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines and CNC lathes Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical specifications to ensure accurate finishing processes Use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and surface quality Handle materials safely within the manufacturing facility using forklifts and proper materials handling techniques Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to factory experience, machinery operation, and materials handling Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or machining environments with hands-on knowledge of deburring, part finishing, or assembly line work Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply GD&T principles for quality assurance Mechanical knowledge of CNC milling machines and CNC lathes Skilled in the use of hand tools, precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and basic math for measurements and calculations Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards in a manufacturing facility Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining safety standards Join us in delivering top-tier components through expert deburring and part finishing! Pay:
