Garden Grove, CA 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 3PM + Overtime if needed

$19.00 Job Summary We are seeking a Metal Deburring Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal parts to ensure quality standards are met. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Responsibilities Worked with metal finishing and polishing Worked with aluminum preferred but not required Grind, file, or sand surfaces of metal items Examine and feels surface of metal to detect defects, such as dents, scratches, or breaks in metal Smooths surface of item to specified finish, using hand tools and powered tools Help machinists with various operations Perform simple machining tasks on conventional lathes and mills Perform grinding, deburring, sanding, polishing operations before the parts are moved to welding Experience using precision measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers a plus Qualifications Must have worked with metal finishing and polishing Must be able to have attention to detail Work in a fast paced environment Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting, loading and unloading of 50+ pounds and climbing.
