  • Full-time We are hiring experienced CNC and Conventional Grinder Operators for precision manufacturing roles in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Summary Operate internal diameter (ID), gap, and CNC grinding machines to produce precision metal parts. Responsibilities include machine operation, blueprint reading, part inspection, and ensuring all work meets tight tolerances and quality standards. Requirements Grinding experience required (CNC or conventional) Machining or manufacturing experience required Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools Ability to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards Strong attention to detail and accuracy CNC experience preferred for CNC Grinder positions Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift as assigned ReadyWork Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
