$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift:

2:30 PM-11 PM | Monday-Friday Hard Work. Honest Pay. Run the Line Right Looking for a solid Grinder job close to home? If you know how to keep machines moving and the line alive, we've got steady work and weekly pay with your name on it.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong basic math and English reading comprehension skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical sheets, and purchase orders Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, height gauges, etc.) Hands-on experience with grinding machines (Cincinnati Centerless Grinder, CNC Studer, etc.) preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows and priorities Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Job Duties:

Set up and operate precision cylindrical grinding machines to meet customer specifications Grind metal parts according to established quality and performance standards Interpret blueprints, tech sheets, and purchase orders to ensure accurate part dimensions Perform precision measurement and inspection using micrometers, height gauges, and other tools Input and maintain quality data within Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems Adjust machine setups and operations to improve performance and meet production goals Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance needs with leads or senior staff Follow scheduled workflow priorities and communicate any production deviations Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures in a manufacturing environment
