Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deburring Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing metal and plastic components to ensure they meet precise quality standards. Your expertise will help enhance product safety, functionality, and appearance through meticulous deburring processes. Duties Operate various manufacturing equipment including CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, press brake machines, stamping presses, and flexo presses to perform deburring tasks. Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments to inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to identify specific deburring requirements and ensure compliance with specifications. Perform mechanical blueprint interpretation and factory process documentation to guide finishing procedures effectively. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Handle materials safely using appropriate materials handling techniques and tools while adhering to safety standards in production environments. Assist with assembly line tasks when necessary, including packaging finished components for shipment or further processing. Skills Proficiency in CNC programming, CAM programming, and CNC machining operations. Strong understanding of mechanical knowledge including fabrication, manufacturing processes, and shop math. Experience with interpreting technical drawings such as blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Skilled in the use of precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments essential for quality control. Knowledge of industrial equipment troubleshooting and factory safety standards. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently when handling raw materials or finished products. Familiarity with tooling setup, materials handling, packaging procedures, and assembly line operations.
