You will work closely with experienced team members to learn our specialized processes and develop valuable skills in precision manufacturing. Primary Responsibilities Set up and operate manual Surface Grinders and O.D. Grinders Perform precision grinding operations to customer specifications Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Maintain quality standards and production requirements Support operations within both the Surface Grinding and Roll Grinding departments Follow all company quality, safety, and PPE requirements Work overtime as needed Preferred Skills & Experience Experienced Candidates 3+ years of experience in precision grinding or related manufacturing environments Experience with: Surface Grinding O.D.
