Position Overview As a polisher/deburr you will be responsible for removing imperfections, sharp edges and burrs from manufactured parts to achieve a smooth, precise finish using various tools and equipment. Key Responsibilities Use hand tools and power tools including high speed Dremel tools, polishing wheels, and buffing wheels, to remove burrs, nicks, scratches, and rough edges from manufactured parts. Polish or blend parts to correct defects, prepare surfaces for further finishing, and achieve a specified finish level. Refer any issues regarding Deburr and Manual Operations areas to leads or supervisors ,
Qualifications Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred but not required. Attention to detail Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to read blueprints Basic math and measurement skills Safety awareness Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
