Temporary-to-Permanent (not direct hire) Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator / Deburrer to join our production team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role primarily focuses on deburring thin gauge metal parts using a variety of tools and equipment. While the work can be repetitive, success in this rolees from maintaining focus, consistency, and a strongmitment to quality. Key Responsibilities Deburr thin gauge metal parts using: Small belt sanders Deburr wheels with finishing balls Vibratory machines Hand-held deburring tools Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting production goals Read and follow work orders/travelers to track job progress Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications Additional duties may include: Ink stamping and bagging parts Operating hydraulic or mechanical presses Using spot welders, fly presses, or power presses Learning new production tasks as needed What We're Looking For In addition to technical ability, we are specifically seeking candidates who: Take direction well and maintain a positive attitude Pay close attention to detail Are punctual, dependable, and consistent Take pride in their work and output quality Are flexible andfortable sitting or standing for extended periods Can handle repetitive tasks and high production volumes This role requires someone who can stay focused throughout repetitive processes while consistently producing high-quality parts. Qualifications Prior manufacturing experience preferred; aerospace experience is a plus (not required) Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime Strong hand-eye coordination Ability to work independently and under pressure Willingness to learn and be trained on new equipment and processes Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to read and write in English Must be a U.S. Citizen Schedule (subject to change based on workload) Monday to

6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Friday:

Pay Details:
