Full Job Description Finish Grader Operator - Site Work We are hiring an experienced Finish Grader Operator for site work. This position requires a skilled operator who can achieve accurate final grades, work efficiently with a crew, and maintain a safe, productive jobsite.

Responsibilities:

Fine‑grading for pads, roads, parking lots, and site development Working closely with foremen Reading stakes, plans, and grade requirements Operating equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining equipment and assisting with daily jobsite tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience as a finish grader operator Ability to achieve precise grades Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work in a team environment Willingness to assist with general site work as needed Florida drivers license a plus Weekly work hours range around 45 +/-. You must be willing to work overtime and weekends. Must be 18 yrs old. Must be able to pass a drug test.
