Job Description

Technician Location:
Orlando, FL Pay Rate:
$25.00/hr. - $35.00/hr. +
Hours:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience as an Industrial Instrument Fitter, Instrument Technician, Tube Fitter, or similar role Proficient in working with stainless steel compression tubing and compression fittings Experience working with 3/8", 1/2", and 1" stainless steel tubing Experience with Swagelok, Parker, Hi-Lok, or similar compression fittings Proficient in bending, cutting, fitting, and installing stainless steel tubing Experience using manual hand benders for smaller tubing and hydraulic benders for larger tubing Ability to execute multiple parallel tubing runs accurately and efficiently Ability to read and follow drawings, layouts, and specifications Must have basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, levels, tape measure, and adjustable wrench set
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Instrument Fitter / Technician to join our team. The Industrial Instrument Fitter / Technician will be responsible for installing, bending, cutting, and fitting stainless steel compression tubing in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with compression fittings and be proficient in creating clean, accurate, and properly aligned tubing runs.
Responsibilities:
Install and fit 3/8", 1/2", and 1" stainless steel compression tubing Work with Swagelok, Parker, Hi-Lok, and similar compression fittings Perform proper installation and assembly of ferrules and compression fittings Bend and form stainless steel tubing using manual hand benders and hydraulic benders Cut tubing to required lengths and prepare tubing for installation Execute multiple parallel tubing runs while maintaining proper alignment and spacing Follow drawings, layouts, specifications, and installation requirements Use levels, measuring tools, and hand tools to ensure accurate installation Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all company safety guidelines and PPE requirements Use company-provided calibrated equipment and tooling as required
Tools & Equipment:
Technician must provide their own basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, levels, tape measure, and adjustable wrench set All calibrated equipment, including tubing benders, will be provided Tubing benders will be supplied by the company unless the technician requests to use their own equipment, subject to quality team approval
