We are looking for an experienced Deburring Technician to join our Secondary Operations Department in Pompano Beach. This position plays an important role in keeping precision-machined components moving through production and ready for inspection and shipment. The ideal candidate has previous machine-shop deburring and secondary-finishing experience, takes pride in producing clean, defect-free parts, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

Deburr precision CNC-machined components to drawing and workmanship requirements Remove burrs, sharp edges, and machining imperfections without damaging critical features Perform polishing, hand finishing, tumbling, bead blasting, and other secondary operations Visually inspect parts for workmanship and surface-finish requirements Inspect parts to blueprint tolerances using appropriate inspection equipment Carefully handle cosmetic and close-tolerance components Maintain production flow and help ensure parts are completed on schedule for shipment Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and traveler requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with Quality, Machining, and Shipping personnel

Qualifications:
