Overview We are seeking a dedicated Grinder/Machine Operator to join our meat processing team. This role involves operating meat grinding machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on machine operation, safety, and maintaining product standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate meat grinding machines accurately and efficiently to process meat products according to company specifications. Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in preparing raw materials for grinding and ensure proper handling of products throughout the process. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to all quality control standards and document production activities as required. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency. Experience Prior experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in food processing or related manufacturing environments, is preferred. Knowledge of safety procedures related to machine operation is essential. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and handling heavy materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
