Entry-Level / 0-2 Years We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production operator to join our manufacturing team in Addison, IL. In this role, you will operate production equipment, assemble and package products, inspect finished goods, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Job DescriptionOperate production equipment according to standard work instructions and procedures.

Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.

Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing activities.

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.

Complete production records and documentation accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S Principles.

Assist with equipment changeovers and basic machine setup activities.

Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices.

Experience using hand tools or basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbsAbility to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures. #ZR
