Job Type:
Full-time Pay Rate:
$24 - $26 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (overtime as needed) Job Responsibilities Set up and operate modern flatbed die cutting machines to meet production specifications and quality standards Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and accuracy Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Maintain accurate production and maintenance records Work closely with production teams to ensure workflow efficiency Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience operating die cutting machines in a manufacturing or packaging environment (required) Proven experience with machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting experience Strong mechanical aptitude and ability Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) Experience with BOBST 102 or
BOBST 106
