We are specifically looking for professionals with a background in gear tooth grinding — this is not an OD/ID grinding position . If you have experience grinding precision gears and understand tight tolerances in a manufacturing environment, this could be a strong long-term opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on CNC Tooth Grinding experience is required Experience with gear tooth grinding ( NOT OD/ID grinding ) Familiarity with Klingelnberg and/or Niles/Nap (Napp) gear grinding machines is highly preferred Ability to read blueprints, gear specs, and inspection reports Experience holding tight tolerances in a precision machining environment Strong setup, troubleshooting, and process adjustment experience preferred Background in gear manufacturing, aerospace, industrial gearing, power transmission, or heavy industrial machining is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
