THIS WEEK

We are looking to fill this role immediately. We're backed up and need boots on the ground today, so we are skipping the long corporate hiring dance—if you have the experience and the drive, we want you in the shop and on the clock as soon as possible. What We're Looking For (Roles and Requirements) Strong Attention to

Detail:

Accurately and skillfully grind and finish parts to match material profiles with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Smoothing the

Edges:

Use angle grinders, die grinders, belt and palm sanders to remove weld splatter, slag, and burrs.

Blending Welds:

Grind down seams to ensure a flush, seamless finish without compromising the structural integrity of the weld.

Surface Prep:

Clean and prep high end railing parts for painting, powder coating, or shipping.

Quality Inspection:

Check parts against blueprints or templates to ensure they meet our "no-snag" standards.

Experience:

Previous experience in a metal fab or welding shop is a huge plus, but we're willing to train someone with the right work ethic.

Positive & Team-Oriented:

A constructive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the whole team.

Professional Standards:

Must be drug-free and possess a valid driver's license . The Schedule We are currently running 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week to meet some tight deadlines on a large project. This means consistent hours with built-in overtime opportunities, and high-earning potential. After this project is over, hours will shift back to a standard 40hr week 5 days a week with potential overtime and weekend opportunities.

Compensation Pay:
