Job Description

Norton, KS Job Type Full-time Description The Deburring Technician Trainee is responsible for learning the primary cleaning, secondary detection, and removal of foreign objects and debris with special handling of sensitive products. Follow all quality management system regulations for conformance to ISO 9001, AS9100 and Nadcap, follow all export compliance regulations and securities, and safety regulations outlined by OSHA. Reports to :
Finishing Manager Responsibilities:
Learn to perform the following responsibilities: Adhere to established cleaning, deburring practices, and/or customer specific requirements. Read router, deburring operations sheets, and/or instructions from Finishing Lead to determine cleaning and deburring needs. Document operation instructions for future jobs. Follow approved work instructions and established department procedures. Knowledge of the correct use of all tooling and equipment for deburring processes. Knowledge of different types of materials and applies correct cleanings and deburring practices. Knowledge of deburring process and ability to complete all steps effectively. Record data from operations and production on specified forms. Observe and learn preventative and maintenance requirements from the Finishing Lead. Report needs to the Finishing Lead as needed. Keep work area neat, clean, and organized. Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Follow all Natoma Manufacturing LLC policies, department procedures, and work instructions. Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. Work productively with others as a team and in a highly diverse work environment. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Minimum Educational Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum Previous Experience:
None Minimum Additional Training:
On-the-job training for deburring of parts.
