$20-$23/hr Responsibilities of the
Finishing Technician:
Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships across the organization. Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the Production Department and work towards those goals. Understand assigned quality and delivery targets, and consistently meet or exceed expectations. Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions. Perform blasting, hand-finishing, and polishing of metal medical implants post CNC machining. Qualifications of the
Finishing Technician:
Demonstrated English reading and writing skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, hectic, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.
