Watch our mobile workshop video Your impact Restore and maintain surgical instrumentation performance onsite at local hospitals—sharpening, adjusting, and repairing with precision. Use grinding and buffing wheels, soldering tools, and a full suite of hand/power tools from a truck-based mobile shop. Operate as a two-person team, delivering timely, onsite service that keeps OR schedules on track. Role requirements High School Diploma or GED. 1+ year of relevant work experience. Fine motor skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset. Flexible availability for early/late hours with occasional overnight and out-of-state travel. Pass a DOT medical/physical exam and follow all DOT regulations. Valid driver's license with acceptable record (CDL not required) and ability to maintain required vaccines. Age 21+ to satisfy FMCSA requirements for commercial interstate driving. Backgrounds that translate well Small engine, cell phone, or electronics repair; product testing; rebuilds. Carpentry; circuit board assembly/repair. Sterile processing; industrial sewing; jewelry repair. Maintenance, construction, or automotive repair. Assembly work or any role using small hand tools.
