9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev C. Scope of work automotive, aerospace, machine, and equipment.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience. Substantial experience of setting up and grinding manual OD, ID, surface (wet and dry) grinders. In-depth knowledge of machine shop mathematics and blueprints interpretation. Ability to perform and maintain close tolerances on materials such as

M2, A2, D2, 8620, 4140

etc. Added experience such as honing is a plus. Perform preventative maintenance on your machines

Responsibilities:

Analyze and follow blueprints and geometric tolerance specifications. Determine and use appropriate tools and measuring equipment, properly. Manage and execute grinding on work pieces to very close tolerances. Examine all machined parts and ensure conformance to manufacturing specifications.

COMPENSATION

Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, we cover what would come out of your check weekly paid for by the company. Optical, dental, 3-4 percent bonus package paid out every six months, based upon your performance, attendance, and attitude in the workplace. Hourly wage ranging from $25.00 - $35.00 an hour depending on experience. TBD at interview. Air-conditioned shop, very clean work environment. Great place to work. Looking for team players only.
