Position Summary Die Cast Process Technician will lead the optimization, and support of aluminum and zinc die casting processes. The Process Technician will enhance manufacturing capabilities, improve product quality, and drive continuous improvement across all facets of operations. Key Responsibilities Document die casting processes for new and existing aluminum and zinc components Optimize machine parameters to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, and ensure consistent quality Support setup and troubleshooting of die cast machines Maintain and update die setup sheets and process control documentation Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to support daily operations Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer to develop and maintain critical parts inventory Assist in training operators and technicians on process standards and best practices Assist in the revision and implementation of SOPs Other duties as assigned by the leadership team Expected Deliverables 1.
