Responsibilities A manifold deburring job involves removing burrs and sharp edges from hydraulic manifolds to meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include using hand tools, grinders, and specialized machinery to deburr holes and surfaces, cleaning and preparing parts and performing inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to read blueprints are essential
General Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is often required.
Experience:
Previous experience in manufacturing, deburring, or metal finishing is preferred.
Technical skills:
Proficiency with hand tools, grinders, and other deburring equipment is necessary. Some roles may require blueprint reading skills.
Attention to detail:
Crucial for spotting and removing imperfections.
Manual dexterity:
Necessary for working with small and precise parts.
Problem-solving:
Ability to identify and correct defects.
Teamwork and communication:
