Job Description

We are filling positions in these departments: Die Cast, Cast - Responsible for the operation of Aluminum die cast machines and melt furnaces. Requires knowledge of production operations and quality systems. Requires the ability to follow standardized work procedures and detect abnormalities in process. Reports to the Die Cast Casting Team Leader. Die Cast Finishing - Responsible for the finishing operations on Aluminum die cast components. Requires knowledge of production operations and quality systems. Requires the ability to follow standardized work procedures and detect abnormalities in the process. Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire (not required for temporary employees) Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions Basic computer navigation and utilization skills Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly High attention to detail and self-motivation skills Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Pass a drug screen Pass a background check Physical demands and abilities may include: Regularly lift 35 pounds Regularly perform repetitive tasks Possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately Must have good eye-hand coordination
MACI Schedule:
Full-time - minimum 5 days a week, weekends possible Average 8-10.5 hours each day
