Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Perform deburring, polishing, sanding, and surface-finishing operations on machined components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and process documentation. Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, edge quality, surface finish, and overall conformance to specifications. Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, grinders, abrasive equipment, and other finishing tools safely and effectively. Identify non-conforming material and communicate quality concerns to supervision and quality personnel. Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting production schedules. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing practices. Assist with material handling, part movement, and workflow coordination as required. Perform routine care and maintenance of deburring equipment and workstations. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
