Job Description
Night Shift-7:45pm-6:15am
Identify die molds/toolsPrepare cavities for operation using vapor blaster, stoning and draw polishChange core pins, ejector pins and cavitiesIdentify defects on parts to analyze die repairBreakdown and reassemble cavity and all water and oil linesAccurately complete reports and all necessary paper work for the jobsUtilizes the 5-S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) to maintain an orderly, clean and safe work area.
Ability to regularly meet or exceed efficiency requirementsActively participates in CIP events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiencies of our current processes and proceduresSupport and positively contribute to a culture of continuous improvementCommunicates with supervisor and co-workers in a professional manner Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives.
Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Purpose:
To support production by assessing die damage or problem areas on a casting.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations.
